Waffle Recipe

The waffle recipe is the same as the pancake recipe just made in a waffle maker

1.5 cups blanched almond flour
1/2  cup of Jeb Foods Cassava Flour
1/2 cup of flax meal (use golden flax for lighter color waffles if preferred)
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
1 tsp sea salt or pink salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of Cream of Tartar
2 eggs
2 cups of water

whisk all ingredients in a large bowl.  Heat Waffle Iron and spray with cooking spray.  Pour about 1/2 cup of waffle batter in a waffle iron and bake until the light goes off.  If the batter starts to thicken too much, just add 1/2 cup of water and whisk.  These Paleo/KETO waffles are amazing in taste and texture.  You won’t miss a thing!  Store extra waffles in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat by popping in the toaster, just like toaster waffles!
